Charlotte and Eric were married at The Gardens at Elm Bank in Wellesley, MA. To all the future brides reading this, put this venue on your search list. It is a gorgeous wedding location within close proximity to Boston. The grounds are simply to die for. It is the perfect location for your wedding day. I first spoke with Charlotte a year before her wedding, and when we spoke, I just knew we were meant to be friends! I think Charlotte even said that exact phase during our first call together! Eric and her are two of the sweetest people, and I was overjoyed and honored when she chose me to photograph her wedding.

Their wedding day started with Charlotte putting her wedding gown on for the first time as a bride. Gosh she looked so happy and so stunning. I can still remember the look on her face and the faces of her closest girlfriends. Just pure happiness. Moments later she was greeting her groom for the first time in one of the many gorgeous gardens around Elm Bank. Their first look gave me all the feels and is hands down one of my favorites from the season.

Their ceremony was held in the gardens in front of the Manor House officiated by one of the couple’s closest friends. Charlotte (who is a beautiful calligrapher, by the way) designed all of the signage and it is stunning – just take a look. The reception was held at the beautiful old carriage house and was such a fun way to end their beautiful wedding day.
